Tips

  • Inspired by Bryan Johnson's Blueprint Super Veggie protocol. Adapted for Thermomix by AdaptMyRecipe.
  • Blending the greens with liquid first (step 1) is the key to a smooth result, skipping this leaves fibrous bits.
  • Freeze ripe bananas in chunks the night before so you can skip the ice and get a thicker, creamier texture.
  • Spirulina has a strong taste. Start with 2 g if you are new to it and work up.
  • Swap collard greens for kale or baby spinach if that is what you have, spinach will give a milder flavour.
