Tips

  • Freeze banana chunks the night before for a thicker, colder smoothie without needing extra ice.
  • Cordyceps and maca are subtle in flavour, the dates and cacao do the heavy lifting on taste. Adjust date quantity if you prefer it less sweet.
  • For an extra protein hit, add 20 g hemp seeds or a scoop of plant protein with the liquid ingredients.
