Tips

  • 70C keeps lion's mane beta-glucans and hericenones intact, higher temperatures can degrade them.
  • Double the batch for two servings using 600 ml oat milk and double all other ingredients.
  • Swap honey for maple syrup or a pitted medjool date for a vegan version.
  • Add 1/2 tsp cacao powder or a pinch of turmeric for variety.
